item keeps getting canceled even after it charge my bank

I'm trying to buy something and it keeps canceling. It charges my bank and cancel within 5 min after ordering which make me wait a long time for the money to go back to my bank. This is what it says in the email "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order."

Welcome to our community forums. It's never ideal when an order is cancelled, especially if you aren't sure why it's happening. There are a few different reasons why this might happen so I'd like to take a closer look in to this for you. Can you please send me a private message with a bit more information? Full name
Email address

Phone number

Cancelled order numbers
