I got my new laptop yesterday. The stylus is missing. It was a certified open box which is supposed to come with all original parts. Who can I contact, preferable not by phone? Is there an e-mail address or can I get this resolved here? Chat option on bestbuy.com doesn't work. Thanks.

As an open-box item in excellent condition, it should contain all accessories, and I apologize if your stylus was missing.
