ibuypower gaming desktop "no signal" HDMI input

I can't even tell ANYTHING about my new PC because I can't get it to work on any monitor. It just displays "no signal." I have been trying to get a hold of ibuypower for the last few days via email, phone, and livechat. (I have been kicked out of the queue, my emails have been unanswered, and my calls have either been hung up on or just disconnected.) I am getting frustrated. Is a bestbuy employee able to help me with this, since it is sold through the bestbuy.com website? If I can not get a fix, can I just return it to the store? {removed per forum guidelines}  I am reading a lot of bad reviews that I honestly wish I had read sooner. I don't think I would have purchased this PC if that was the case.

You can return online purchases to any store as long as it is within their 15 day return policy. Does it turn on? Does it have multiple hdmi ports? Sometimes the ones on the case wont work sence it has a video card installed you may need to use the one on the card.

That is a very low spec gaming tower. If you end up returning it and are actually using it for gaming they have much better ones at the store for not much more money.

Welcome to our community forums and writing to us about your computer. Getting a new PC should be exciting. I know I would be a bit disappointed to have display issues  right after you got home. I would be happy to give you some information about what options are available. We do offer a 15 day Return & Exchange Promise for most products, including PCs. This computer may be defective so I would recommend exchanging it for a different one. The Geek Squad should also be able to take a look at this computer to see what's going on.
