iTunes Gift Card digital order not delivered since Nov. 28

I placed an order on Nov 28 to purchase a $100 iTunes gift card along with some other sutff and received an email shortly after that saying my digitial order is ready to be redeemed in the instruction mails. Now it has been 5 days I still haven't revive those mails containing redeem number.

Note: I already checked my Spam folder and checked all the message sent by BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com, still nothing.

Never mind. I called the customer services and they sent me the code.
