I purchased an iphone SE 2020 through the Best Buy Website on 8/24 and it says the phone was free. However, I am being charged device payments by Verizon Wireless. When I call Best Buy Customer Support, they transfer me to the Geek Squad and then they transfer me back to Customer Support. It's a never ending loop. Can someone please help and get these device payments made for me?

Can you please explain what you meant by your phone was free? Was this part of a promotion? Also, have you attempted to contact Verizon regarding your payments?
