I ordered an iPad around the begining of December 2019 and it still has not arrived. In fact, the system cancelced the order this past weekend even though there were 300+ in stock. I would really like to speak to someone about this. The 1-888-BEST-BUY hasn't been very helpful. I'd be glad to provide an order number via a private link.

It does sound off that your order was cancelled so long after you placed it. While we are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled I would be glad to take a closer look at this. Andrew, I appreciate your reply! I received an email and phone call from the Enterprise Customer Care Team as well a little bit ago and they are working to resolve this very weird anomaly where my order was stuck in a "ground hogs day" status while mulitple units were availbe in the warehouse. Thank you so much for offering to assist!
