I bought a mobile hard drive on the best buy app on April 21 and asked them to mail it to my home. But today I received a reminder that my address and mobile number are not perfect and need to be updated, but I can't find the email they sent me, and I don't know how to update my mobile number and address. So I come here for help.

By my count, I've moved five times in the last four years, so I've undoubtedly entered in the wrong shipping or billing information on more than one occurrence. Correcting those errors can be a bit of a pain sometimes, and like you, I try to seek help in a prompt manner.
Once an order has been created, the contact information associated with it cannot be altered. If you have the order number handy, you should be able to track it online here.
