how can a PLEA for help be SPAM???

I put in ALL the details on the lost order, 

and was rejected as SPAM??????????????

 did you have links to external web sites in the message.  were you suggesting other companies

I apologize if your first experience with our Support Forums hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would normally like, and your initial post not meeting our Community Guidelines has added to your already disappointing experience.

 

Although your original post was filtered out of our Support Forums due to its content, I was able to review the post in question.  It appears the order you indicated was a month late was delivered yesterday, November 7.  With that said, it appears this order was placed on 11/2, so if there is another order you were originally referring to that is indeed a month late, please send me a private message with your name, phone number, email address, and order number, and I’ll be happy to offer any assistance I can.
