help needed with reimbursement re: order # {removed per forum guidelines}

I returned the Dell laptop in thie above order because the screen was smaller than I realized..I ordered another laptop and returned this one to the store. They provided a credit $756.94, however the orginal purchase, charged to my credit card was $849.24. and included 3 year warrenty, Microsoft Office, and of course, tax. I spent a lot of time yesterday at the store. in Best Buy Chat, and by telephone trying to get a full reimbursement to this first order. I feel like I was getting a runaround, and have so far wasted my time, so I placed the charge for the first order on my credit card on hold. Please do the right thing and reimburse me for the full $849.24 in my firs order ASAP.

Best Buy's customer service and reimbursement policy needs serious improvement.

Welcome to our community forums, I appreciate you taking the time to write to us about this purchase and refund. I know that I keep a laptop for quite a long time and I would want to make sure everything was perfect down to the screen size if I were in your shoes. I can understand wanting to figure out this discrepancy and would be glad to see how i may be able to help.

 

You mentioned purchasing some additional products and services with this laptop, do you recall if these were returned as well? If not, that's likely the difference in what was refunded. IF you'd like, I can take a look at this return transaction to get a better understanding of what was refunded.
