hello i have a few issues but id rather keep them in PM.
one is an old installation that was nevver completed and the other is i had to create a new account. my original account locked me out for some reason and need help fixing it.
appreciate any help from support thanks

i have an old inatallation purchase that was never used and wondered if could be refunded. its complicated please pm me.

Im being blocked from replying privately (like to you or johns last pm) now its saying ive reached the limit of replies when its the only reply im sending, this forum and messinging has been impossible to have any practicality. Id start a new account but then id be up to 3. No idea how to fix this or the last account.
