gift card 10 shipping delay

On October 18 an online order for 3 gift cards {removed per forum guidelines}, was placed ($100,$200,$500), total of $800 in the same order. Two gift cards ($100,$200), have shipped and received, the third gift card ($500), shows delayed SKU 6092457. Apparently the design is not in stock  It makes no sense because if I order today the same card with the same design it shows available and ready to ship arriving within 3 days and faster delivery in two days for an additional $5.48. So, if the card is available for new orders why is this order delayed?Makes no sense

After taking a look at the order number you provided I see that you are not the original  purchaser on this order. According to our Privacy Policy we are only able to release order information to the original purchaser of an order.

I am the original purchaser, lol. I had to re register with another nick name b/c someone with Best Buy canceled my orignal post uder my previous registration and also canceled my ability to post again or write anothe post or reply so I had to re regiter to get answers. Again what is the deal with this order why it is delayed? Why if I place a new order for the same item seme design same amount SKU:6092457, the item shows availlabe and arriving within 3 days?

Thank you for your response. I absolutely understand your frustration that this gift card has not been shipped yet. I am sorry that I am not able to assist you further.

 

As I mentioned I am only able to help the original purchaser of this order. This is the person who is listed under the billing information on the order. I recommend having that person register a Forum account or contacting 1-888-BEST-BUY(1-888-237-8289) to get further assistance with this order.

DID YOU READ MY PREVIOIUS REPLY????????????? I AM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER!!!!!! I HAD TO RE_REGISTER WITH A DIFFERENT NICK NAME b/c I CAN NO LONGER POST, REPLY  UNDER MY PREVIOUS REGISTRATION BEST BUY SUPPORT CANCELLED MU ABILITY TO POST . CAN YOU READ?????????  I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE CARD IS DELAYED. WHY IF I PLACE A NEW ORDER WITH THE SAME DESIGN, SAME AMOUNT $500, THE CARD SHOWS AVAILABLE AND ARRIVING IN THREE DAYS? IF A NEW ORDER IS AVAILABLE WHY NOT MINE?
