failed paypal purchases

I attempted to create 2 orders with Paypal as the payment.  Each time the website sais that it could communicate with Paypal and I should choose a different form of payment. Now I have 2 orders on paypal that are in a pending status waiting for Best Buy to complete them. I don't want Best Buy to complete the orders. I would them cancelled with Paypal. Waht do I need to do to get best buy to notify paypal that the orders were never completed?

Placing an order should be an effortless process, and I can certainly understand wanting to make sure that the charges are correct. Typically, we can only cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed, but I'd be more than happy to take a look into your orders and see what options we may have available at this time.
