I placed an order where I tried to pay for part of the order with a $50 gift card. I thought the order went through but I received an email shortly after that said we are unable to process your payment. I checked the status and it said a failed authorization for the gift card. So I canceled the order. I thought this meant that the gift card was never charged and everything thing was fine.but when I checked the balance it said $0. My gift card balance still shows a balance of $0 even though its almost been a week. How do I fix this? Thanks.
