eGift Card - Unable to Process - Card still charged

Hi, I just tried to purchase ONE giftcard but each time I got the following message:
 
We're sorry. We were unable to process your e-gift card order from Best Buy®.
Your credit card will not be charged.
 
Looking I my bank account I see that one card HAS been charged 1000 and another 500. This is insane. If you guys send an email that you were unable to process and I wont be charged, then DO NOT charge the customer.
 
PLEASE RESOLVE IMMEDIATELY. I have contacted support 3 times without help, email support twice with no response, and called the support number and left a message but have gotten no call back. This is insane.

Thank you for posting on our forums page regarding your e-gift card order.

 

I can understand the experience it has been with having your order cancelled and seeing a charge on your account. In most cases, funds are held on your account until the order has been delivered. Once the order has been delivered the funds are fully charged onto your account. The funds on your account should be released if the order was cancelled.

 

In addition, our e-gift cards orders are fulfilled by our third party time CashStar. I recommend reaching out to them for assistance on your
