I placed an order using 2 egift cards and cancelled the order. I received the refund on one of the egift cards but the refund for the other egift card has still not arrived yet. Contacted customer service and had spoke with multiple customer service reps which gave different answers each time and was unable to help. It seems like other people on the forum are having similar issues and the reps here are able to help so just reaching out.
Just want my full refund for my egift card so that I can purchase from bestbuy. Can someone please help.
