does anyone answer your phones???

I've been on hold...forever and finally hung up.  How do i talk with someone?  I purchased a Roku last year and need to replace the cord but I don't konw which Roku system I bought.  i need someone to look back at it and let me knowASAP.

Welcome to our forums!  Few things are more frustrating in my experience than long hold times when trying to get just a simple answer from a phone support team, so I can’t say I blame you for finally hanging up during your last call with us.  I’m sorry to hear you weren’t able to speak with anyone by phone, but if you’re still in need of assistance, I’ll be happy to help!


For me to locate your Roku purchase with us, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address associated with your Best Buy account
  • Your My Best Buy Member ID
  • The rough total amount spent on the receipt, including tax
  • Form of payment
  • Date of purchase
  • Store location
