yeah i ordered the PlayStation Gold Wireless Gaming Headset - Rose Gold from bestbuy.com is says pick up  on release date the street release date for this was october 28th everywherelse yet bestbuy.com says still unknown like where is my  gaming headset? i went into the stores they aint have it either why stock an item online u dont have? either give me my headset or give me my 4 25  dollar gift card back or send me a 100 dollar cuz i dont have the cards anymore this is ridiculous

Even thou im sure its traumatizing that you may not be the first person in your neighborhood to get to use the new headset, Best Buy does not make them... Sony does... I'm sure they will notify you as soon as they receive thier shipment from Sony....
