I placed an order for my vacuum a couple of days ago and there was a problem with delivery. So I just contacted buy customer support on the phone. They filed a claim with a courier company named ROADIE which was in charge of my delivery. After that, they provided me with the choice between a replacement item or a refund. So I chose the refund since I obviously don't want to go through this problem one more time and thought of buying the product from a local best buy in-store. And the lady on call told me she issued a request for a refund. Since i never had an issue like this before, I don't know how long this process takes or am I supposed to get the mail when they issue the refund.
In the forums, I heard social media specialists are pretty quick in response, so I hope they can help me.
