Late in February - i had a representive come out to look at our audio/visual system in a new home we just bought.  His name was Dan (Orlando)  - he recommended Magnolia also come out and look at house.  Waited two weeks then they both came to house (March 7th, 2019)  I waited another two weeks then I text Dan to get update - he said he was still waiting on Magnolia input.  It is now April 16th, 2019 - I have had no one from Best buy contact me.  In january I renewed our Total tech support for 200 dollars - the reason why I reached out to Best buy was to take advantage of this service if we did an install.  Please refund my renewal  My email is {removed per forum guidelines} and cell number is {removed per forum guidelines}  Lisa {removed per forum guidelines}
