complaint and unresolved issue

I ordered the Sku:6430620 this morning the moment it launched and got a confirmed order screen and was told that I would get an email of the order after a few hours of no email I called in and was told no order had been found and that they can do nothing for me. I have no clue of the issue but after talking with a supervisor they continually said there was nothing he could do. I even let him know I am part of a group of about 18,000- 20,000 store reviewers that would gladly leave thousands of negative review on local best buy stores if nothing could be done to fix the problem the case number for the call was {removed per forum guidelines}. I also recorded the phone call myself so ill be passing that along to reviewers in the group. By the end of the call I never screamed or swore and he kept saying there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone on me. I am angry enough at this point to give up till the cards are back in stock but will be leaving thousands of bad reviews on mutiple stores if not fixd

I’m not sure how you’d get a confirmed order screen and no order was created. Sometimes you might not get an email if the system is under heavy load, but that confirmation screen would literally have had an order number on it...which means they would have been able to find that order when you called.

I’m not sure what you were expecting when you called, they cannot take another customer’s preorder away from them to fulfill your unverifiable claim.

I’m an employee, but I’m also a consumer. In my lifetime, I have had many times where something didn’t go quite right. I have never threatened negative reviews in an effort to extort a company to give me what I want. I don’t know, I guess I was raised differently. I am embarrassed for you.
