checking out at BB still broke as well as APP

Will this ever get fixed????? Very irritating.

 

Everything was done as advertised. Even changed my PW for the 5th Time.

This is kind of obvious to check for, but what about VPN services or ad blockers on your phone or computer?

Just tried it, worked fine.

Windows 10, edge, microsoft antivirus, no add-ons, vpn's, proxies, default English.

Hi there, ETP,

 

Welcome back to our community forums. As someone who does most of my shopping online, I can imagine how frustrating it would be to encounter problems when trying to make a purchase. I'm not aware of any ongoing issues and have been able to place a few orders over the last several days so I'd certainly like to take a closer look into this for you.

 

Are you receiving any errors when trying to check out? Can you provide some more details about what isn't working normally? We have some troubleshooting steps here and here, have you been able to give these a try?

 

Please let me know so I can continue to review this!

Sporadic! Can't add to cart, sign in, have to change pass word, can'y checkout, and then sometimes it works.

Something may be wrong in your computing environment. I know when I test for issues related to my computer I rule out a lot of things like was mentioned above. This is going to sound weird, but can you try downloading a live Linux distribution (USB Flash Drive to burn the image will do) and then boot into the live distro and try the web browser built in to log into your account. If you can log in, something is up with your main environment.

Thank you for following up with me and providing those additional details.

 

Did you have a chance to try the troubleshooting steps I provided? Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website? Which internet browser are you using? Is it's default language set to English?
