Hi,

 

Can you change the delivery date of my online order from Dec. 6, 2019 (Friday) to Dec. 9, 2019 (Monday)?

Order no.{removed per forum guidelines}

Welcome to our forums!  I appreciate you choosing to shop with us during this holiday season, and I hope you’ll enjoy your recent purchase with us!

 

While we’ve removed your order number from your post to protect your privacy, I was able to review the order further.  It looks like the item you’ve ordered from us will not be delivered by Best Buy, but a third-party carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.  Because of this, we’ll be unable to modify the delivery date, or delay it per your request.

 

With that said, you may be able to work with the carrier directly, to request their assistance in delaying its delivery.  While the carrier has not been selected at this time, many carriers such as UPS or FedEx have services to plan your home deliveries such as UPS My Choice® or FedEx Delivery Manager® to help you modify your delivery to better meet your needs.  Once a carrier for your order has been selected, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, at which time I recommend connecting with that carrier, to discuss the delivery of your order further.

Because of the status the order is in, unfortunately, we’ll be unable to modify the order in any way.  Knowing this wasn’t the answer you were hoping for, I apologize for any further disappointment this news may bring.
