Hello on 4/16 I made a $1900 Best Buy purchase for curbside pickup that posted on my account but the order would not be ready until today, 4/23. I canceled the order on 4/17 and received an email that I would get a refund for the order. Now one item from the order that totaled around $320 I did keep and I picked it up yesterday and to my surprise was charged again. I do have proof that the $1900 charge went through on the 16th. How do I get my missing money back as I am deeply troubled?

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Forums! I apologize for the delay in response during this strange time.
It's understandable that you would like to ensure that you're being billed correctly for your order. Generally speaking, orders placed using a credit or debit card will not be charged until items become ready for pickup. However, Best Buy will send authorizations to the card on file to ensure a charge will be able to be collected when the time comes. Orders may re-authorize over time, especially if changes are made to the order or if there is an extended period of time between when the order is placed and when it will be ready. Authorizations will typically be removed through the bank within a few business days.
If this is something that you're still seeking assistance with, I would be happy to review the billing of your order in detail. To get in touch, please send a Private Message with your full name, email address, and phone number. You can find a link to send a Private Message in my signature.
