Welcome to our forums!  From the looks of your second post, it appears your recent WD My Book Duo order didn’t arrive to you as expected, and I’m sorry to hear this is the case.

 

It looks like they’ve offered to reship your order to you, and asked you to reply to that email confirming you’re still in need of a reshipment.  Have you had a chance to reply to that email, and if so, were they able to offer you the assistance you’re looking for?
