bestbuy did not ship my complete order

I purchased 15 laptops in one order, but i recieved 13 of them in 3 trackings. in the website, they only provided 3 trackings with only one saying it contins 3 items. {removed per forum guidelines} (3 laptops, each weight 5 lbs), the other two says contains 12 ({removed per forum guidelines} 38lbs, {removed per forum guidelines}10lbs.j from the weight it should be 10 labtops in total). I asked online customer service, many of them said they shipped total 27 taptops (it is a mess in their system, each of tthe las two tracking contains 12 labpops). I asked them to double check, they can not excatlly tell me how many items in each tracking. So how do you make sure you shipped the correct number of item? they said they will refund me but I received an email saying that the request was declined. what should i do.

Its looking like there are a few days delay in getting a response here, this forum isn't intended for immediate support.  There is absolutely a way to tell in our system as each line of your order will list the tracking number it was shipped on.
