Registered: ‎11-24-2018 keeps cancelling all my orders

How can I find out why my orders are being cancelled by I'm just trying to order a few iTunes gift cards, but it keeps saying, "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order."


At first I realized that the site was allowing me to submit my order without a CVV code being enterd. (Bad user design on your part, btw. No excuse to not require that before submitting an order.) I made sure on future orders to enter my CVV, but I still get the error.


One such order is {removed per forum guidelines}. I see that some folks DM you. Is that via twitter or is there some way to do that on these forums?

Orders can be cancelled for a variety of reasons, most times they may be cancelled if we’re unable to verify a piece of information you had shared with us during checkout. Also, orders will be cancelled if they don’t adhere to our Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. Can you please share if you’re still looking for some assistance on this matter?
