Whenever I place an order, I'm always eagerly waiting until it arrives. I can understand though getting those cancellation notices is not ideal to deal with. I'd like to see if I might be able to get some information on what is going on with the orders.
Can you please send me a private message, using the link in my signature below, with your full name, phone number, email address, and one of the orders in question? This should help me to access your information and see if I can tell why the orders are cancelling.
