bestbuy.com doesn’t want my money

I have repeatedly tried to order and it gets cancelled. I’ve seen other threads with same issue but no solutions that can find.

after online fiasco and multiple calls I went to the store, placed the order all good.. printed reciept in my hand and before I walked away from the counter I got a text saying ORDER CANCELLED... most ridiculous buying experience ever. I’m just going to pay cash and buy from Lowes since Best Buy doesn’t want my business.

Welcome to our Best Buy Support Forums! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us to share your experience with trying to place orders with us. While I wish you were reaching out under better circumstances, I'll be happy to take a look into this with you.

 

Whenever I place an order, I'm always eagerly waiting until it arrives. I can understand though getting those cancellation notices is not ideal to deal with. I'd like to see if I might be able to get some information on what is going on with the orders.

 

Can you please send me a private message, using the link in my signature below, with your full name, phone number, email address, and one of the orders in question? This should help me to access your information and see if I can tell why the orders are cancelling.

I am purchasing the refrigerator from Lowes.. Best Buy lost a customer.. online or in store I will never spend my money where it’s not wanted.
