Every time I submit an order on bestbuy.com, I receive a notification back that the order is canceled. Customer service has told me that my billing info needs to be updated but nothing has changed on my end. How can I have this issue resolved?

Welcome back to our forums! I can certainly understand your frustration with these unexpected order cancellations, as this would be frustrating for anyone to have to experience. With that said, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into these orders, and offer any additional insights I can.
I see you’ve also sent a colleague of mine a private message with the information we’ll need to look into these orders further, (specifically your full name, phone number, email address, and order numbers), and while that colleague of mine is unavailable at the moment, I’ll be replying to your message in a bit.
