best buy support screwed me over

I ordered a micorphone and it said it would be delivered the next day since the store was close by. I didn't choose the pickup option because I had no time and it's too cold out

 

Today I check my tracking and it says my address is incorrect, which it isn't. But I have this issue with best buy every single time. I tried contacting the tracking company first but the number on thier website was fake and thier emial inquiries kept saying it couldn't go through. After an hour of trying to get in touch with an actual person after trying to live chat multiple times, as i was getting the same copy pasted answers despite speaking to diffeent people. I finally managed to talk to a lady, who said my order didn't exist and hung up on me. This was before saying repeatedly that they attempted to contact me about the address which they never did. I called again and this lady straight up accused me of lying about my order number, saying  best buy order numbers only had letters and no numbers despite me giving the number that was emailed to me buy best buy themselves, she then proceeded to accuse me of lying again but this time about my postal code saying it should be only numbers and no letters and again I was hung up on. No one is telling me where my package is and the company they used has no way of contact

 

This happens everytime I order from this company. Last time it was a $500 tablet and I had to fight for weeks to get my money back. Every single time it's suddenly a wrong address and then my order no longer exists
