Hi best buy rep.
I have an issue with this order. Best buy doesn't fulfill my $100 itune gift card purchase with the $15 besy buy gift card promotion. call 3 times, online chat 3 times but still can't resolved.
Also, since it is a digital gift card purchase, rep refused to my return request.
Am I just having a bad luck?
not filfull the order and refuse to return?

I'm a bit confused by your message, can you please clarify what was not fulfilled with this order? As you mentioned, we can't process a return for digital items including gift cards.
