I purchased a digital best buy gift card a month ago. Week later I failed to make a purchase with the gift card. At the same day I was charged multiple times from my bank account, I think my device was hacked. I had a picture of the guft card saved in my gallery. I wanted to fix this problem.

In the event a gift card is lost, stolen or damaged we are able to replace that gift card for the remaining balance available. Has the full value of this gift card been used? If so, I would recommend contacting your local law enforcement as well as your banking institution to report these charges.
