Order Number{removed per forum guidelines}

i ordered these items, I never got them, i never received the package, i called support 4 times about this, i told them I came home from work , looked all around the front porch and back door, I never got the package, they opened a investigation, and did not refund me, the package shows delivered, everything came in one package, but i have nothing, I called today, they said they wont issue me a refund!  this has been going on since february, and now one will help me!

what I dont understand is, recently I bought a 65inch sony tv from them, that came damaged, and the customer service was great, they replaced my tv, if your order is lost or stolen, best buy wont help me? they wont help me with this order, it makes no sense!!!

how can this happen, this order was almost 600 dollars, I gave them all the info i had, i lost all this money and have nothing to show for it!!!!

im a best buy elite member, and I buy so much from them, i fully support best buy, I been a customer for 20 years or more, and i never had such terrible service,

I didnt know that if you buy from best buy, and your order is lost or stolen, you will not have any help from them, I feel like this should be posted , I need help on this!!

can anyone please help me, I need my refund, this is my hard earned money, best buy has my money, and i have nothing for it!

if i dont get help on this, best buy will lose me as a customer for good, you have no idea how upsetting this is for me, i feel betrayed

so is anyone going to talk ot me, to help me with this? is this how best buy treats there customers? remmeber, if you order from best buy, and your package isnt delievered, they wont even try to help you!! if i dont get this fixed, I will have to call the bank and reverse the charges!! I need help on this,

i did, and they said they wont help me, I contacted shipping, the police for lost or stolen, and they pm me here, and they still wont help me, I cant beleive this, how is it my fault, I wasnt home? i was at work? and best buy wont refund my money, not even replace

If the package was delivered to the correct address they won't replace it, as it as an actual theft. Home owners/rental insurance might thou.
