automatic canceled orders

I have been trying to place an order for some items and every time I place the order I get an email shortly after telling me that they "could not verify my info".i was wondering if there was a solution to this problem.

I have looked at the forum and have tried to change things based on recommendations and nothing there has seemed to work.

Ok, did you follow the steps after that by contacting a moderator?
