already been one billing cycle but no refund?

in mid-May I ordered a switch that got lost in delivery. On May 30th an agent said he had processed my refund and that I would get a confirmation email. However, I did not get any email and waited until I asked another agent in which she said it would take one billing cycle. Now that the billing cycle elapsed, I went to chat with another agent and she said that a concerned team will send me an email within 24 hours, yet I have yet to receive any form of contact. What do I do here ?

Try sending a Best Buy mod a message regarding this with all your order number information. I have a refund that was returned to Best Buy in April and I still dont have my refund. This has been a real disaster.
