I made a purchase on the Bestbuy ebay store named "best_buy" for a gtx 1660 super graphics card and accidentally placed the wrong address. I messaged the seller to correct the address but no one has responded. I also tried the cancel the order and my request was rejected. What can I do to get help?
This morning I was trying to buy a high demand item that goes out of stock almost immediately and in my panic to buy it as fast as possible some how my old address from many years ago that I have not used on any order got used for this order..... I noticed about an hour later and that was too late for me to change it because of the extremely unforgiving 30 minute policy for changing anything on your order. So I need help as I can't get a hold of support on the phone yet and the order says it still being worked on and still has another 8 days before expected delivery date even. So I'm desperately in need of some help to change this before it gets delivered to the wrong adress

Hello, Order #{removed per forum guidelines} I realized yesterday that this was being shipped to an old address that I haven't lived at in years. I called your customer service number and asked them to ship it to my billing address. They told me that they had fixed it but today when I got the shipping and tracking from UPS it says it's still going to the old address. I have no way of getting to Garberville CA currently and would appreciate any assistance in this matter.
First thing would be to go into your account and update your address.
I think your only recourse is to continue to contact the people at your old address.

When I went to Best Buy today I was looking for a pc & a HDMI cable but they said they didn’t have any so they told me to order online and it would be shipped to my house so I decided to do it on my phone. When I was typing the shipping address my phone auto filled it out for me & at the time I didn’t notice that it put a different address than the one it was supposed to be, I went through with everything & almost an hour or 2 later I noticed that the shipping address was wrong but it wouldn’t let me change it & the Order gets here this Tuesday so I was wondering if someone can help me change it before than. PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!
I ordered ps4 collector's edition of cyberpunk 2077. I recently moved and found online that I cannot change my shipping address. Customer service on the phone was not able to change it either, just told me to wait till a week before release and I should be able to change it. Is there anything else I can really do at this point? Why is there not an override to blocks like this?
My eBay account had the wrong address on it. It's currently sending to the wrong address. I've contacted Best Buy through eBay twice and have gotten no responses. Is there a way to fix this?
