I have been trying to change my order address for the last 30 mins. It I staying grayed out. I tried calling they say their lines are full to use the live chat until 11pm. I try the live chat and it says its close to call (its 5:30 at the start of this mess). I picked the address I wanted originally and as soon as I came back from selecting payment an defaulted to my old address. I want to fix this. But I can't get the website to work or a human to talk to.

If an order is being shipped to an incorrect shipping address, the option to modify this order can only occur within the first 30 minutes of it being placed. Once this time frame has passed, we cannot assist in updating an address. Also, making changes to an order for an item that is now sold out on BestBuy.com will cause the order to cancel.
In the case of a pre-order, if the item has limited inventory, like many collector’s editions of games or movies, the inventory of these items will be locked to their shipping location, and are unable to be modified. The order may be cancelled and replaced with your new address, depending on the product’s availability.
In any case, it is recommended to contact the carrier directly after an item ships to see what options might be available. For example, enrolling in UPS My Choice will allow you to track and manage your shipments. Other carriers may have their own options.

My package was delivered to the wrong address! I called the customer service a few minutes after placing the order to correct a typo in the shipping address. The person I talked to confirmed that he can do that. I communicated the new shipping address. He confirmed that the change has been made. 3 days later I received a notification saying that he package was delivered... to the wrong address.
I just talked to another representive via the online chat to double-check the shipping address and, according to him, my order has never been updated and he doesn't see any trace of my call. According to him, once the package leaves BestBuy it's "outside their juridication" and I should send my complain to the delivery company (OnTrack).
Can you help find me the name of the person I talked to (to make sure I'm not crazy) and check whether he updated my order (as he said)? What are my option to get a refund? I lost $500 because of your inability of fixing a typo in the shipping address. As a first customer, I have to say that I'm very disapointed.

I bought my airpods this morning and I see now that the shipping address is wrong.
can you help me changing the address please. The airpods arrive next week Tuesday the 16th but they haven't sent them yet and I don't have a track number!!

Sorry to hear that, Igordrierone. Based on my previous (and last) experience with Best Buy, I think that your chances of etting refund are close to 0. You can always try to call them but they will tell you that it's not their fault if you can't fill a form properly.

I just made an online order for a 700 dollar graphics card only to realize it had the wrong address right as I submitted the order, as I recently moved. Even though I attempted to cancel it immediately after ordering, it says that the time for me to cancel it has passed. This is absurd, as it gave me less than one second to rectify it, making it impossible to change.
