I received a 3 month Youtube premium account with a purchase I recently made, but I don't have the email with all the details anymore. How do I get this information resent to me?

Welcome to our forums!  I've heard a lot of great things about YouTube Premium, chief among them being less ads while watching YouTube!  That's reason enough for me to use it, so I can certainly understand wanting to make sure you're not missing out on your free trial.

I'll be happy to take a closer look and see what we can do to assist, however, I'll just need some more information from you to do so.  Most of the information I'll need is private information we'll want to keep out of the public view of our Support Forums, so if you could use the blue "Private Message" button in my signature to send me:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order number or the "Customer Service PIN" from the bottom of your receipt

As mentioned, be sure to send this information using the blue "Private Message" button in my signature, and if you're accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to "Full" or "Desktop" view before this button is visible to you.
