I ordered a product from your online store and received an empty envelope. When I requested a refund, I was only refunded for the product, not any of the other charges (sales tax, shipping, etc.). Before I make the mistake of ordering from you again, is that your corporate policy, to keep the sales tax and other charges on returns?

Thanks for reaching out to us about your refund. I would certainly expect a full refund unless I was told otherwise, so I can understand your concern here.
This doesn't sound like the way we'd typically process a refund on a return in this way, according to our Return & Exchange Promise. I'd be happy to take a closer look into this and see what information I can find.

I sent you a PM. I thought I saved the chat session with your rep, but I can't find it at the moment. I found it odd that I was shipped a package full of air, and was only eligible for a partial refund, but the rep confirmed it. Maybe you can find the chat session.
Thank you for looking into it. My mom needs a new modem and after going over to her place and confirming that, it felt weird to look for it at Staples instead of my normal spot (BestBuy). I'd prefer to keep using my normal retailer, so thank you for assisting.
