Saturday 01/29 Best Buy delivery driver hit my unoccupied parked vehicle.
It damaged my fender, hood and wheel.
I am wondering what kind of safe driving training your drivers go through. It was a 100% avoidable accident if he just followed the basic safe driving!!!
I had a police report done and submitted a claim immediately.
My car has not been safe to drive for the last 10 days and counting!!
I was told by the driver in 48 hours I will hear from someone never happened, I posted something similar on this page and was told by a social media specialist that I will hear from someone in 48 hours after providing my info, that never happened either.
Then I posted something similar in their forums and was told my info were sent to one of their Sedgwick representatives and to expect a call from them in 48 hours that never happened either.

I had to rent a car because my job requires travel.
I am wondering for how long I have to wait to get a response and I was not part of any of this it was 100% on your training efficiency and safe driving measures your drivers must follow.

You obviously don’t care about none customers complaints because it does not feed you money.
And when you do so I guarantee you don’t care about your customers either!!

You don’t care about someone’s property got damaged by YOU and it happens that this person is working 14 hours a day to support his family and does not have time to chase you every day.
You don’t care about the frustration me and my family going through to handle this situation!!!
You just don’t care!

Calling your insurance company was another joke, I called AXAXL they said no it has to go through Sedgwick and gave me a number, I called the number they said no this the wrong department and gave me another number, I called the new number guess what no one answers, it says leave your info and we will call you.
I left my info and just like what happened in their forums and in this page, no response!!
BTW Every freakin call is up to 40 minutes on hold
