Xbox x not available after cancellation due to “limit for purchase”

I ordered an Xbox series x bundle yesterday with the citizens bundle.The order went through. It was promptly canceled due to verification of info. The problem has since been rectified. I tried over the last 24 hours to re-order but the website would not let me re-order due to a “quantity limit” and that I had already ordered so I could not order again. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to get this fixed. One customer service rep promised I would be able<br>To re-order and that I could still get the delivery date of the 4th of December. Well, it did not work and now it is not longer available for my area. Best Buy has not NOT fixed this problem and I want the Xbox when promised despite being now sold out. I submitted my order and their website prevented a re-order. I demand they let me re-order with a time dated to the original order. Yet they say they can’t help. I want someone to fix this. Time now. Even if You have to cancel the order of the last person so I can make mine.

Thanks for connecting with us here on our forum, and given this was an Xbox series X bundle I can of course understand you being concerned that this order was cancelled; in addition to now being unable to place new orders for it. I did receive the private message you sent us, and will briefly respond to that as well. If this item is no longer available for purchase, the only option would be for you to wait until it becomes available to place another order. We would never cancel another person's order to fulfil a new order; this simply will not happen, and your only choice here will be to wait for more to come in stock.

I get that. I do. I was there first and your website made an error based on an algorithm. First, that must be fixed. Second. I do still want to place my order and be garunteed that I can get one this coming weekend. I’m very upset your website blocked me from re-ordering.

If I do not get an adequate response and the issue fixed I will be leaving a complaint and/or review with the Better Business bureau. I’m quite tired and angry with this situation. Adequate response is the problem fixed and the ability to place an order with a pick up time no later than 4 December which is what your website prevented wrongly so,
