Wrong size TV delivered and never able to return to the store

I purchased LG - 50" Class UN7000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV on 11/30/2020 with order number {removed per forum guidelines} at a price of $299.99 and was expecting it to be delivered to my home due to COVID concern and it is somewhat heavy for me to carry. Shipping was delayed for one week which I do understand but I received 43 inch TV on 12/11/2020. I was really upset with this and called Best Buy customer service and chatted with a live person. They said the 50 inch TV is not available to reship even though its their mistake to deliver the wrong size. So the best option I can do is to carry it to the nearest store and exchange the correct size. It was hard to understand why I had to take it to the store and exchange it there but I did. I went to the nearset Best Buy store which is located at 2909 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039 on 12/12/2020 around 11:40 am. A staff there refused to exchange it to the correct size and said I have to deal with it by phone call not their store since the wrong size TV was delivered they are not responsible for it. So I told them I want to return it but she also refused it and said there is nothing she can help with. She keeps saying that "CALL BEST BUY 1-888 NUMBER". Wow!!!! Another staff came in to me whom seems like a manager there and she repeated "CALL BEST BUY 1-888 NUMBER. AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS, NOT US". I was very disappointed with how they treat me and not being responsible for their mistake. It was the worst experience ever and I wanted to ask why I can not return the wrong product at the store. I still have the wrong size TV at home. So frustrated ,wasted of time and inconvenience.
