Wrong shipping address

I have been calling customer support to change my shipping address. They have said they were going to change it to the correct address and i noticed the changes still havent been made. I have spoken to 5 different ppl trying to fix this issue. It’s getting ridiculous bc the wait time over the phone is long and this is so time consuming. I don’t understand how they were able to change it for 1 of the items in the same order but not do it for the other item. This is really poor customer support.
