I am in the exact same situation, customer service rep basically told me to let it get delivered to my old address and then call and say i never got it, they would then ship me another one.
I find this rediculous but they wouldnt let me change my shipping address since they had already started processing my order, nor would FedEx let me change the delivery address with them, they said BestBuy would have to call and do so.
Maybe you would have better luck than I talking with support.
