Wrong order status

I have recently ordered an item from and it came the next day as recently advertised. The geeksquad can came by and dropped off my package swiftly. I have also recently gotten an email apologising that the same package I held in my hands has been delayed and that they are now refunding me 5.99. What should I do to fix this?
