Wrong item shipped twice

I ordered online Serta rta martinique collection 61 inch dominick earth color. Received palisades ll fawn tan color. I returned this hoping to get the correct color. I received the same palisades ll again. Out of fustration I kept the second shipment and was credit 18.00. After putting the love seat together I found the palasides ll to be a cheaper version of what I wanted and ordered. It has 4 legs opposed to 6 as advertized. Only 59 inches long instead of 61. The measurement i needed. It is my belief that best buy never had the first loveseat I ordered for the price advertized and shipped a cheaper version different color twice hoping I would keep it. Had I known of the lesser quality I would of returned it for a full refund . My days of shopping at best buy is done.

Best buy is really customer friendly
They would not give me a 3 day extension to return a purchase. I had ordered a replacement for causing me to need a return. My new order would not arrive untill 26 March 2019. My return onlly authorized untill 23 March. I need the box the new one was in to put my return in. I was going to take it to the store to save them shipping. I had to cancel my new order. Thanks for nothing best buy.

I ordered a different sofa today. It was to be delivered 26 March 2019. I had put the second wrong one i received together and got rid of the box. I later read I only had 15 days from delivery to return the second one. I did not have a box to return it in. I asked for a 3 day extension so i could use the box i was to receive on 26 March. I was turned down.and had to cancel my last order. Danny {removed per forum guidelines}. I used the phone number {removed per forum guidelines} to order but I no longer have that number.

There has been no solution. I dont know how you think I accepted something that has not been offered.

Best Buy finally stepped up with a acceptable offer. Still not what I wanted but satisfied.
