Wrong item sent

I ordered a 3090 ti graphics card but instead, I got a second Optimus window fan. I ordered a window fan way before I ordered the graphic card and I received the window I order a couple of days ago. I'm very puzzled about why I got a second one. I called customer service and like last time the first 3 reps were no help and the last rep I spoke to said I was going to a get refund and an email for the price difference between the two products but never did.
