I recently purchased an open box Macbook Pro. When I recived the shipment, it had the wrong Macbook, in the correct Macbook box. I tried going to a Best Buy store to resolve the problem, but they said they could not help me. How can I get this corrected? This is a very expensive Macbook Pro!
