Wrong item from black friday

After reading through various articles I have found that Best Buy seems to play this game on MANY customers. It seems that Best Buy likes to sell items on Black Friday for a super awesome price and then ship the wrong item. Upon receiving wrong item, they then tell you that this item is “out of stock and unavailable for the next month.” So they will only give a refund after I send my wrong item back. Not only am I sitting here with a $1,000 charge on my credit card, I do not have the item I waited til Black Friday to purchase for my job. Now looks like I should have purchased the Black Friday deal from Amazon rather than Best Buy. Hey Best Buy!! Got a resolution that can actually help me? Like sending me my item for my Black Friday price or offering to help me find one for that price? That would be an ACTUAL resolution.
