Wrong item delivered, Best Buy wont respond for it.

I am serisouly so disapointed in Best Buy. Ive been a customer for so many years and I have a best Buy card because I really though Best Buy would stand by their customers. I was very, very wrong. I ordered an iPad on bestbuy.com but upon delivery all that I received were 6 pair of brand new reading glasses. Spoke With Best Buy Agent On 10/28, Was Advised To Send Items With A Pre-Paid Shipping Label To Best Buy Returns Warehouse. Upon Returning To Best Buy Warehouse, The Item Was Not Accepted And Returned Back To Us Because They Say That Best Buy Does Not Sell That Item. Spoke With Another Agent Who Advised To Go To Best Buy Store And Try The Return In Person. Spoke With Store Manager Who Was Not Willing To Accept The Return. On 11/10/20 Spoke With Another Best Buy Agent Who Assigned The Case ID # {removed per forum guidelines} And Was Advised To Wait For Solution In 24 Hours. No Response For 7 Days, Called Best Buy Again On 11/18/20 And Was Advised By Supervisor To Contact My Credit Card Company. 

 

In conclusion, Best Buy or Citi (Best Buy credit card), don't seem believe what happened and don't want to respond for something that was completely Best Buy's fault. I did not choose the delivery service, it was Best Buy who prepared the delivery and I have no idea what happened in-between but now I am out $500 and just completely disgusted with how Best Buy has treated me and how the situation was handled.
