Wrong email

I typed in the wrong email address on a order. Is there any way to change it? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to our forums!  I’ve made my fair share of typos when shopping online over the years, so I know how frustrating it can be to discover you’re not getting email updates on your orders as expected.  While there isn’t a way for us to update the email address on your order after it’s been placed, there are still a few ways you can keep an eye on your order, and access the information you might need.


The easiest way to review your order would be to utilize our Guest Order Lookup Tool.  If you happen to have the order number, as well as the last name and phone number used to place your order, you should be able to view your order, and keep track of its progress as it ships to you. 


If you don’t know your order number however, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into your order, and see what we can do to track it down for you.  For me to do so, you’ll just need to send me a private message with the following information:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address (or the email address used to place the order)


This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the answers you might be looking for.
